Distance Reiki Sessions

Reiki at a distance works by connecting to the universal life force that flows through and around all things. During your session, you’ll relax in your own space while I channel Reiki to support release, grounding, and rejuvenation.

Clients often describe sensations of warmth, tingling, or emotional lightness — though each session unfolds uniquely, according to your needs.

60 minutes — Online (Video):

• 10-minute intuitive check-in

• 40 minutes of distance Reiki energy work

• 10-minute post-session reflection

30 minutes — Online (Video):

• 5-minute intuitive check-in

• 20 minutes of distance Reiki energy work

• 5-minute post-session reflection
